5. Customization & Engraving


Zaramella offers you a laser engraving, controlled by a computer program with smooth and fast rendering, making each piece in silver even more unique.


  1. The engraving price is €10 per product;
  2. All requests for customization should be made in B2B website or by email.



6. Repairs & Returns


  1. To return, exchanges, or repairs a purchased product, you should use the return forms available in B2B website or get in touch with our customer service by sending them an e-mail;
  2. Please note that Zaramella Argenti cannot take back customized products
  3. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Zaramella products returned incomplete, modified, damaged, damaged and / or soiled by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged;
  4. Zaramella Argenti undertakes to give solution to your request within a maximum period of 30 working days, when submitted on B2B;
  5. Zaramella Argenti undertakes to give solution to your request within a maximum period of 45 working days, when submitted by email;

  7. After 30 days, the request should be reviewed and authorized.



7. Advertising


  1. Customers/Stores who market Zaramella Argenti brand, may ask Zaramella advertising to enhance/advertise the products. This request should be submitted by email to [email protected]
  2. Zaramella´s customers, with physical or online store, can advertise on their our websites or professional pages, the images of the products purchased.
