I placed an order and haven´t received confirmation email. What should I do?

If you have not received confirmation, you must send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and the same confirmation will be forwarded.

So the situation is not repeated in subsequent orders, you should:

1- Check the spam folder for emails ever sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

2- Add to contact list: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
